BATH TIME WITH NUBY

I think it's time to come clean about bath time in our house. The truth is, there might be a little bit of "paper, scissor, rock" that goes on behind the scenes between my husband and I before bath time, but it's a win-win for everybody. Not only is bath time a bonding time for us and the kids, it's also a very important bonding time for the two of them. I can't think of any other time during the day where they're in such close quarters together and actually enjoying it! But in all seriousness, we love bath time and were thrilled to be able to test and review some of Nuby's newest bath line. All of their products are BPA free, and can be found at many major retailers or Amazon.com - thank goodness for Prime!

One of my biggest concerns during bath time is their safety. I would never want to have the kids get into a tub full of scalding water. And let me tell you, our bath faucet has a mind of it's own sometimes. What I love about the Hot Safe Bath Duck is that all I have to do is start the water with the duck in the bath. After 1 minute of the tub filling you lift the duck up to see if the temperature of the water is safe. If "HOT" is bright white, then the bath water is too hot. Luckily, we got it right the first time and their patience didn't have to be tested before jumping in.

This bright little submarine was one of Owen's favorites. It's easy to pull propeller string was on repeat as we watched the Little Submarine Bath Toy dive and glide through the bubbles. He even tried to show Sawyer how it worked, so she was busy using those muscles. Owen even discovered that it also moved around on dry land, so thanks Nuby for keeping him entertained through bath time and beyond!

These were also another big hit that kept them busy for ever. An excellent option for developing hand eye coordination and bonding between the two of them, these Fun Bath Links are literally perfect for kids of all ages. We all know how kids sometimes don't like to share (it's never our kid though, right?) but with 15 pieces there were plenty of links to go around. This fun toy came with two suction cups that you attached to the side of the tub and link the different shapes and creatures together to make a chain. Each little sea creature doubled as bath squirter, which was an added bonus for my
two kids!

Thanks to Nuby bath time can be a fun, safe, happy and healthy experience for both little ones and you. For a chance to win some of these amazing products I just spoke about, head on over to my Instagram page and enter!

  5. The rubber duck temp is really nice and smart to have! That way don't have to put a baby or kid in a really hot bath!! The toys look really fun for kids to enjoy bath time!! Which is also important!!

    1. Yes it was definitely a good tool to have! Because even if I felt the bath, warm or hot feels nice to me so it's hard to tell if it's too warm for the kids. Haha but the duck does the work for you. Thanks for the comment! :)
